Pratap Singh is an honest and valiant cop. He is brutally killed by three goons for their selfish needs. His wife has seen the murder before her eyes while one of his sons goes missing and the other loses his eye sight. Both sons Jai and Kishen grow up. Jai learns self defence and martial arts while Kishen becomes an uncouth and a career thief. The brothers then join forces to kill the men who killed their father and take revenge from them. The movie is directed by Sunil Agnihotri and produced by Narottam V Purohit and Vijay K Ranglani.
The music is composed by Anand Milind and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The cinematography is by PramodB handari and the choreography is by Pappu Khanna and Nimesh Bhatt. The star cast includes Akshay Kumar, Ayesha Julka, Chandani, Reema Lagoo, Arun Bakshi, Mahavir Shah, Avtar Gill, Vikas Anand, Harish Patel, Deepak Shirke and Tinnu Anand.
