Sushila, has had a troubled childhood and teen years, where things were not always in her favor and she had to struggle through most things in life. Soon Sushila gets married and things start to change in her in-laws household, when things start going wrong. Because of this her in-laws start considering Sushila as being unlucky for everyone. But Sushila is a strong believer in Mata Vaibhav Laxmi and thus she asks Mata for help in her life. She prays with full dedication day and night for her life to become better and that all her miseries go away. Laxmi feels sorry for her devotee and grants her miracles that make her life better.

The star cast includes Rajesh Sabharwal, Priya Khanna, Sudha Chandran, Pramod Moutho, Sudhir Dalvi, Rakesh Shrivastav, Dev Joshan, Rajesh Telang, Dev Malhotra, Hemakshi, Niharika and Rajoo Shreshtha.
