Manisha, born in a humble household in Lucknow, moves to Mumbai with her widowed mother and a younger sister, at a young age. After some initial struggle, she manages to land a job as a personal secretary to a wealthy businessman named Yash Singhania. He is arrogant, handsome and rich. He starts to get attracted to Manisha and begins to serenade her with his charming talks or love and marriage. Manisha who is innocent and naïve, falls for Yash’s seduction and the two fall in love and get intimate. But soon Yash’s behavior towards her changes. He becomes more hostile and starts to ignore her. Hurt and heartbroken Manisha moves on.
Years later it is revealed that Manisha has now turned into a high class call girl in Bangkok. She now goes by the name Tanya. Meanwhile Yash has come to Bangkok with her wife for a vacation and also accompanying them is their friend Vikram. Manisha comes to know about Yash presence in Bangkok and plots her revenge carefully. She first seduces Vikram and then targets the happily married Yash and his wife.
