Snakes are have been living amongst us for the longest time and while some of them are poisonous and deadly, others don’t even come anywhere close to human habitation. However the fatally poisonous ones that have been rapidly multiplying pose a grace danger to humans and it has been an unresolved issue for centuries. A group of friends however decide to dig in deeper at this problem and give it a new perspective.
Neelam, played by Kalpana Pandit is a young and aspiring filmmaker. She also with her group of filmmaker friends, decides to shoot a documentary in a remote village where snakebites have been prevalent since time immemorial. However, once they start to explore the village firthur, Neelam gets this realization that she has been there before and learns that about 555 years ago, she was a Naagin separated from her snake lover and is now reborn to avenge her death by a snake charmer.
The movie is directed by Sandeep Malani and produced by Kalpana Pandit. The music is composed by Dev Chauhan. The story of the movie and screenplay is written by Sandeep Malani and cinematography is by Selvam Kamal Lokhandwala. The choreography is done by Longines Fernandes. The songs of the movie are sung by Raja Hasan, Tarannum Malik, Deepa Narayan, Aditi Paul,Ravi Shukla,Kaushik Aroskar, Arundhati Deshmukh and Pamela Jain.
