The movie opens with Alia Patrick(Manjari Fadnis) receiving an award at The White House when she receives some sad news about the death of Lakshmi(Supriya Pathak).Alia has had a very bad childhood and her father struggles to get her and her siblings into a good school and she focusses on her studies, writes for her school paper, meets Alex( Himansh Kohli) her first love but keeps on writing and is sent for an interview by her principal to Kunwar Vikram Singh( Ashutosh Rana) who is arrogant , sends her expensive gifts , asks her for marriage, she has no choice . The story moves forward with lots of ups and downs in the life of Alia Patrick .
