An elderly couple one day come across a small boy and adopt him. They name him Neeraj and bring him up with love and care along with their son Rajesh. The boys grow up to become close friends and take care of their father’s wood business. On a trip to Shimla, both the boys meet two beautiful girls and fall in love with them. Neeraj falls in love with a doctor’s daughter named Khushboo while Rajesh falls in love with a village girl named Nimmo. Neeraj promises to marry Khushboo soon and leaves for town. However when he returns after a few months he hears the tragic news of his lady love missing and her father being killed. Neeraj slips into depression and shuts off from the world, while Rajesh leaves Nimmo and falls for a rich woman. By the time he realizes his love for Nimmo, she is presumed dead.
The film is directed by Tinu Anand and produced by Gulshan Kumar. The music is composed by Babul Bose. The star cast includes Suraj, Kavita Kapoor,Amita Nangia, Gitjia Shankar,Vijay Kashyap,Dinesh Kaushik,Ashok Sharma,Siraj Khan,Shammi,Dev Malhotra, Rinnu Anand and Archana Puran Singh.
