Vasudev works as a school teacher in a small town and lives with his wife and son. The school is owned by a compassionate and kind hearted man named Gajraj. One day however, things take a turn for the worse when a truck driver Deva comes into a hospital carrying the severely injured body of Vasudev. The doctors start the treatment but within a few minutes, he dies. The doctors are alarmed and call the police. They ask Deva to wait for the cops to arrive, however he panics and flees, not wanting to get involved in the crime. This however makes everyone suspicious and labels Deva the culprit. Vasudev’s family is devastated and his son swears revenge on Deva.
His son then comes to know about a new police inspector named Ajay, in charge of the area. Turns out that Ajay himself is Deva. The suspense gets deeper when Deva pleads innocent and Vasudev’s son doesn’t believe him. The movie is directed by Partho Ghosh and produced by Piyush. The music is composed by Nadeem Shravan and the lyrics are written by Sameer. The screenplay and story are written by Ranbir Pushp. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Atul Agnihotri, Jaya Prada, Mamta Kulkarni, Mohan Joshi, Shakti Kapoor, Alok Nath, Rami Reddy, Girjashankar Roshan, Brijesh, Tripathi, Tarun Ghosh and Raakhee.
