Vikram, played by Neil Nitin Mukesh, Seshadri, played by Dharmendra, Shardul, played by Zakir Hussain, Prakash, played by Vinay Pathak and Shiva, played by Dayanand Shetty are all part of a group of a gambling racket and other illegal activities. Sheshdri’s police informer and friend Kalyan, tells him about a drug deal of Rs. 5 Crore that he has acquired and can sell it to him for Rs. 2.5 Crores. He then asks all the members of his gang to contribute Rs. 50 Lakhs each and then enjoy the profits. Shardul is sure that he can sell the consignment for more than Rs 5 Crore. The deal is now set in motion.
Shiva is to take the money on a train and make the exchange with Kalyan. Vikram, who has big dreams of migrating to Canada hatches a plan to steal the money from Shiva on the train and escape. So he lies about going to Goa for some work and instead boards the train that Shiva is on. But things go horribly wrong and he ends up killing Shiva. One by one all the members of the gang come to know of Vikram’s deceit and thus he kills them one after another. Later Prakash’s wife Varsha kills Vikram thinking it is Shardul who killed her husband.
The movie is written and directed by Sriram Raghavan. The music is composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy. The cinematography is by C.K. Murleedharan and the action director is Parvez Khan.
