In Vasco, Goa, two street gangs are at war with each other. One gang is Scorpios, the leader of which is Prakash, played by Sharad Kapoor and the other gang is the Eagles, the leader of which is Max, played by Shahrukh Khan. The two gangs have demarcated their areas to avoid confrontation with each other. Their nasty fights are usually interrupted by Father Jacob. Max has a twin sister Shirley, played by Aishwarya Rai and they both are orphans who live together and support each other. When Prakash’s brother Rahul comes to Goa to visit his brother he meets Shirley one day and both fall in love. He is not aware that she is Max’s sister.
Shirley and Rahul keep their affair under wraps. Soon when the truth is out all hell breaks loose. Prakash who wants to make money by selling a ground learns that it belongs to a man named Alberto. He has passed on the ground to a woman named Mary. He also learns that Max and Shirley are the illegitimate children of Alberto. As the truth about them comes out a nasty fight breaks out between the gang and Max gets arrested but is bailed out. Soon Rahul and Shirley get married and Max too marries his long time girlfriend. The movie is directed by Mansoor Khan and produced by Ganesh Jain and Ratan Jain. The music is composed by Anu Malik and Anjan Biswas.
