Vikram Bhatt announced his feature film "Judaa Hoke Bhi," starring Akshay Oberoi, which will hit theatres on July 15. K Sera Sera and Vikram Bhatt's Company Virtual Worlds, India's first LED virtual production studio, are producing the film.
