Pratap Singh is a respected judge who does not simple pass judgements but investigates to find the real truth and then gives his sentence. His wife is a renowned lawyer and sister is a brave and diligent police officer. The mafia don D.V.M’s brother Jaggi kills a journalist brutally. When he is tried in court, judge Pratap gives him the death sentence. One day Pratap sees a man named Sunil stabbing a man to death and asks his sister to arrest him. When she sees him she is shocked because he is her lover. Later the don D.V.M confesses that Sunil is innocent and he was framed. But Sunil by then is given the death sentence.
Pratap having made a wrong decision breaks the law for the first time and helps Sunil escape jail. The cops look frantically not only for Sunil but also for the judge. The movie is directed by Jagdish A Sharma and produced by Jayant B Shah. The star cast includes Jeetendra, Sunil Shetty, Ashwini Bhave, Sujata Mehta, Mukesh Khanna, Kiran Kumar, Johnny Lever, Ashok Saraf, Deepak Saraf, Jugnu, Amrit Patel, K K Raj, Vikas Anand, Surendra Pal, Kunika, Archana Puran Singh and Upasana Singh.
