Arjun Saxena is a diligent and honest police officer, while his brother Ajay is a defense lawyer who assists and helps criminals arrested by Arjun himself. Ajay is so familiar with the law that he sometimes bends the law as he pleases and this annoys Arjun. This is the main reason for conflict between the two brothers. Arjun feels one of the criminals called Ram is guilty while Ajay feels he is innocent and wants to save him. Meanwhile Arjun’s honesty has made him an enemy of Chakradhari Choudhary. Things get even worse when Ajay falls in love with Chakradhari’s daughter. Both brothers have always been at logger heads and now they will have to battle out their inner demons in the open.
