It is Dev’s dream to become a qualified doctor some day but due to lack of resources, he is unsure. His mother and older brother Jwala however want to make this dream come true for Dev. Jwala thus gives up his own education and starts to collect funds to send him to Bombay for further studies. Soon with his sheer hardwork and motivation, Dev finally becomes a doctor and wants to start practicing soon. However, when he learns that own village in Bihar has a lack of proper medical facilities and doctors, he decides to set shop there itself and comes back to his hometown to start his practice.
When Dev reaches his home he finds everything different. He is shocked to see his mother in a terrible condition. What’s even more shocking is that his brother Jwala has turned into a dacoit and is the most wanted man by the cops. The film is directed by Sudesh Issar and produced by Ratan Mohan. The music is composed by Jagjit Singh. The star cast includes Shatrughan Sinha, Suresh Oberoi, Anita Raj, Puneet Issar, Goga Kapoor, Narendranath, Geeta Siddharth and Madhavi.
