Geeta comes from a middle class family and lives a happy-go-lucky life. On a college trip with her friends, she visits a beautiful and serene village landscape. They all are in awe of the place. There she meets a local man called Gopal who is their guide to the place. Soon Geeta and Gopal end up spending a lot of time together and become close. Gopal however misunderstands it for love. Geeta on the other hand only takes him as her friend and soon leaves for her hometown, and soon after gets married to a wealthy man. Her life seems to be settled and blissful till trouble comes into her married life. Her husband makes her life a living hell. This is the time Gopal re-enters her life like a savior.
The film is directed by T Prakash Rao and produced by K C Bokadia. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the story is written by Gopal Reddy. The Star cast includes Aditya Pancholi,Kiran Kumar,Gulmar Irani, Aruna Irani, Saeed Jaffrey,Rajendranath,Satyen Kappu,Vikas Anand,Kulla Manir,Kader Khan, Urvashi and Kutti Padmini.
