The film talks about climate change and how some people who’s livelihood is dependent on it, face the worst of it. The story is based on the village if Madhua, where the famers haven’t received enough rainfall and they have no other source of income. The loan sharks are offering them loans but that will make the situation even worse. This is the main reason for hundreds of farmer suicides in the country. A blind man who’s son is also a farmer is worried that his son might also commit suicide but he has no power over what is going on. A loan recover agent visits them from a far coastal land who has worries of a different kind. His family’s life is threatened because of the floods in his region. Both the men connect emotionally and try to save their respective families from doom.
The movie is directed by Nila Madhab Panda and produced by Nila Madhab Panda, Manish Mundra and Akshay Kumar Parija. The star cast includes Sanjay Mishra and Ranvir Shorey.
