Dharam, played by Dharmendra is a professional burglar and thus his wife who is fed up of his job leaves him and takes their son Karan and daughter Kiran with him. Karan however grows up to admire his father and his illegal activities and enjoys joining him in his escapades. Karan ends up becoming a professional robber himself. He then falls in love with a girl called Priya from his college and confesses his love and she accepts. He then tells his dad that he will be doing one last heist after which he will settle into family life with Priya.
However on the day of the robbery CBI Inspector Arjun, played by Sunny Deol comes into the picture and shoots Dharam while Karan is arrested and put behind bars. Priya is shocked at the turn of events and his mother disowns him. When Karan is released after a year he apologizes to his mother and promises to reform. Meanwhile he is diagnosed with Blood cancer and his world falls apart. He makes Priya forget him by faking being in love with someone else. Later it is revealed that Karan is embroiled in a web of lies and deceit and doesn’t have cancer.
The movie is directed by Anil Kumaar Sharma and produced by Arjun Hingorani. The music is composed by Viju Shah. The star cast includes Amit Hingorani, Sharbani Mukherjee, Dharmendra and Farida Jalal.
