In a small village near New Delhi there hides an ugly and devastating truth that no will speak about. Wrapped in the layer of rustic ignorance, there lies evil that will look at you in the face. The evil has a name, and its Kajaria, a woman who mercilessly kills infant baby girls in the thin façade of religious ritual. She has killed over 100 baby girls without a single trace of remorse seen on her face.
People of the village are afraid of Kajaria as she seems to have some kind of demonic super powers to carry out her horrific tasks. A young journalist Meera, played by Ridhima Sud comes to the village in search of a story. She stumbles upon a peculiar mention of Kajaria and digs deeper to get to the complete story. What she finds will pull the ground beneath her feet.
Meera is hell-bent on disclosing getting the ruthless actions of Kajaria to the world. She finally gets to share her story on the front page of a popular news paper and the demonic lady Kajaria is arrested never to harm another baby girl ever again.
Kajaria is directed by Madhureeta Anand and produced by Tilak Sarkar, Celine Loop and Madhureeta Anand. The music is composed by Richard Horowitz.
