BMC’s employee Kimtilal has been moving with the times and taken bribes for many people’s work to be illegally done. He also is not akin in giving bribes. He gives a bribe to the doctor for delivering his premature son through his wife Shanti. Then he offers bribe to a top school for securing his son Kamal’s admission. He then pays admission to get his son into a good college as well. Kamal completes his education and decides to become an honest police officer. He then gets his son married to a top advocate’s daughter. One day tragedy strikes when a illegal building that is allowed only 6 stories has 10 and it collapses. When Kamal comes to know about his father’s involvement in the matter he is ashamed and forced to arrest him.
