ACP Jai Suryavanshi , played by Jackie Shroff, is a honest and brave police inspector. He has made up his mind to eliminate crime from the city and targets underworld don JagatJogia, played by Gulshan Grover. He then trains a criminal named Raja, played by Sanjay Dutt to kill Jagat Jogia. Jai puts a transmitter in Raja’s body so Jai can track his movements. This way Jai cannot think of deceiving Jai as he will always know where he is. Meanwhile on his mission, Raja falls in love with Mini, played by Manisha Koirala. Although Jai has warned him to stay away from women during his assignment, he is not able to control his emotions.
Raja soon tracks the whereabouts of Jagat and kills him. Jai is finally relieved and lets Raja go. Raja then unites with his love Mini. The movie is directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced by Firoz Nadiadwala. The story of the movie is written by Robin Bhatt and Akash Khurana. The star cast includes Gulshan Grover, Jaspal Bhatti, Kamal Chopra, Jack Gaud, Razzak Khan, Asrani, Tina, Robin Bhatt, Dina Pathak and Aparajita.
