Satish Kumar becomes an orphan when his widower dad dies and leaves behind a large estate that he can acquire when he is 20 years old. Meanwhile the custodian of the estate is Satish’s paternal uncle Udaybhan who also takes care of Satish but makes the child terrified of him. He sedates and intimidates Satish so he can always be in control and be scared of him. When Satish grows up he marries Aarti but his uncle continues to make his life a living hell. One day Satish is made to believe that Aarti married him for money. Uday asks her to leave and kills Satish making it look like a suicide. Aarti and her unborn son Avinash swear to take revenge for their father’s brutal murder. The film is directed and produced by B Subhash. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The screenplay is written by Ram Kelkar. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Smita Patil, Salma Agha, Amrish Puri, Karan Razdan, Yunus Perwaiz, Jankidas, Viju Khote and Geeta Siddharath.
