The film revolves around the electricity problems and excessive power cuts in Kanpur district. The loadshedding and thus almost 15 hours of power cut causes great trouble for its residents and the factories located there. The life of people is affected and normal life has become a big challenge.
In the wake of such power problems, local electricity thieves such as Loha Singh take good advantage of this issue and provide power to houses and companies by stealing it from the main supply with the help of live wires. This has caused heavy losses to the government and electricity department of Kanpur. The MD of the power supply company is struggling to find the culprits and put an end to this ruckus.
The film greatly centers around Loha Singh and his wrong doings as well as the work of Ritu Maheshwari who works as an official with Kanpur Electricity Supply Company.
