A young woman referred to as Ma’am is home alone with her cat on a rainy day, when a man named Sameer, rings her doorbell. She does not know him hence tries to avoid him. He however pleads that his car has broken down and needs a place to rest while the mechanic fixes his car. She denies him entry into her house. He comes back and asks for something to eat and starts to almost stalk her around her bungalow. Later the girl hears on the news that a serial killer is on the loose. She then tells the man that her husband is sleeping upstairs to get rid of him but hears a noise inside and runs out only to be caught by him and taken inside. He assures her that he will protect her. Soon another man, who is police inspector, enters the house. Later She gets hold of the inspector’s gun and asks both men to sit quietly and telephones her mother.
Later the woman kills both men and it is revealed that she is mentally ill and the serial killer. She then clears away the bodies and talks to her mother from a disconnected phone. The movie is directed by Ram Gopal Varma and produced by Mukesh Udeshi. The star cast includes Manoj Bajpai, Sushant Singh, Urmila Matondkar. The music is composed by Sandeep Chowta.
