A young mother named Amarjeet Kaur takes refuge in a convent of nuns with her 8 year old son to escape the rioters attack. There the nuns help the woman and her son. To conceal their identity, the nuns make the woman wear a nun’s robe and cuts the little Sikh boys hair short. The boy soon becomes a part of the convent and blends in with the traditions and customs of a church going child. The nuns love the little boy and are very fond of him. The nuns however refuse to give in to the threats of the attackers.
Years later the little boy grows up to be called Preet and he is now a renowned journalist come back to the same convent to write a story about the nuns and their lives in the convent. The boy later converts back to his original identity and is soon seen in a turban. The movie is directed and produced by Sashi Kumar. The music is composed by Isaac Thomas and Kottukapally. The cinematography is by Ashwini Kaul. The star cast includes Angad Bedi, Seema Biswas, Neelambari Bhattacharya and Neeta Mohindra.
