Kumar is a self-righteous man, who along with his pregnant wife Laxmi and two songs Ajay and Raja live in Shimla. They all live a happy life and are even more elated to know that a small girl will soon arrive as their sister. However things take a turn for the worse when Kumar gets a letter from an employee named Sadashiv. He commits suicide and before dying writes a letter about Laxmi and his children Ajay and the unborn child in her womb. Kumar is furious on reading this and decides to take Raja and leave.
A devastated Laxmi relocates to Mumbai where she gives birth to a baby girl and names her Komal. Ajay grows up to be a singer/dancer and makes ends meet. However things take a turn for the worst when a murderer kills people on the 13th day of every month. Ajay is caught in between a conspiracy that he will have to get out of soon before it is too late.
The movie is directed and produced by Chander Sharma. The music is composed by Amar Utpal. The screenplay and dialogues are written by S Khan. The cinematography is by Anil Dhanda and the choreography is by Chinni Prakash and Habiba Rehman, Dinesh. The star cast includes Sunil Shetty, Tabu, Gulshan Grover, Chander Sharma, Pankaj Dheer, Prithvi, Rocky Sandhu, Laxmikant Berde, Mohan Joshi, Shiva, Shehzad Khan, Divya Dwivedi, Archana Puran Singh.
