Maya, is a criminal mafia don, who has been running illegal wrestling matches in the US and the local police officer is supportive of it as he gets a hefty paycheck from her. Ajay, who has recently moved to the US starts he own orchestra with his close friends and is in love with a pretty Indian girl. He tell his brother that he would like to marry her. His brother Akshay is elated at the news and goes to visit him. However, soon Akshay comes to know that there is an impending arrest warrant against Ajay. He then comes to know that Maya has been holding him hostage and will let him go only when he hands over important documents.
Akshay one day wins over Maya’s trust by rescuing her from some goons who attack her. Soon she begins to fall in love with him and when he proposes she accepts. However Akshay is in love with Priya, who happens to be Maya’s sister. Priya is heartbroken on hearing the news of her sister and Akshay. Soon Maya learns the truth and is furious. Akshay who has rescued his brother, joins forces with him to teach her a lesson. But she takes Priya and Ajay hostage and threatens to kill them. Soon Maya realizes that she has no power and commits suicide.

The story and screenplay is written by Umesh Mehra and Anand Vardhan. The star cast includes Akshay Kumar, Rekha, Raveena Tondon, Tiku Talsania, Gulshan Grover, Indra Kumar, Dinesh Anand, Umesh Shukla, Kishore Bhanushali,DevenVerma, Imran Khan, Barkha Madan and Anjana Mumtaz.
