Khillar is a movie about Maharashtra's game on soil bullock cart race; it's a very fierce game people belonging to rural areas mostly indulged in it. The movie is coordinated by National award-winning filmmaker Makarand Mane and stars Lalit Prabhakar and Rinku Rajguru in lead roles.
