Justice Surendra Sinha is an honest man and a respected judge. He gives a dishonest judgment against his step-brother Kailash and puts him behind bars for 14 long years. Kailash is now seething and wants revenge. Surendra meanwhile, bogged down with guilt and morality, quits his job and begins to work on a charitable project to build a college for girls. His son Ravi who is a qualified Civil engineer is unable to see reason into his father’s charitable work but helps him non-the-less. Meanwhile, Kailash is released from jail, and comes to avenge his humiliation. He gets all the donation money for the college stolen and the blame comes on Ravi. A dejected Ravi then leaves home and with the help of his girlfriend Sonia, begins work with non other than Kailash’s construction company. Turns out Kailash was the one who also killed Sonia’s brother Vijay. He then kisnaps Surendra and gets his look-a-like. The film is directed by Samir Ganguli and produced by Siraj Darpan, Amar Roy and Harilal. The music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji. The star cast includes Jeetendra, Neetu Singh, Amjad Khan, Jagdeep and Pran.
