Rohit and Vijay pretend to be police officers and loot people. Inspector Ajay comes to know of this and arrests them both and throws them in jail. They then escape jail with the help of an inmate. The inmate is shot dead but before that he gives the contact information of don Pukhraj. Rohit and Vijay then start to work for Pukhraj and do small crimes for him. One day they decide to rob a bank on the behest of the don. When Ajay sees the don after the robbery he arrests him. Pukraj manages to get of jail and is also given the not guilty sentence. He then humiliates Ajay and leaves. Ajay must now arrest Rohit and Vijay before they commit another crime.
The movie is directed by Parto Ghose and produced by Mahesh Naithani, Shashi Agarwal and K Oberoi. The music is composed by Rajesh Roshan and the lyrics are written by Maya Govind and Indeevar. The star cast includes Ayub Khan, Atul Agnihotri, Madhoo, Anjali Jathar, Karina Grover, Krishan Oberoi and Suresh Oberoi. The cinematography is by K V Ramanna.
