Jatin, played by Fardeen Khan studies in New York. After completing his studies, he is finally returning to India to meet his family. His family meanwhile has arranged his wedding to a girl named Jaya. While on his way back in the flight he happens to cross paths with a girl named Karishma, played by Amrita Arora. Karishma is also all set to get married to a man named Nimesh is returning to be with him. Both of them initially are at loggerheads but eventually warm up to each other and fall in love.
Soon Jatin and Karishma are in a dilemma as to what their future holds as they love each other but their parents have arranged their marriage to other individuals. On the wedding day however, Karishma explains to her parents that no one should be forced to marry. Thus Jatin and Karishma unite.
The movie is directed and produced by Mehul Kumar. The film is written by Imtiaz Patel, Yunus Sejawal and Mehul Kumar. The music is composed by Sanjeev Darshan. The cinematography is by Mazhar Kamran.
