The Kotee film is an enjoyable action film with a lot of fun commercial components. Once more, it's a competition to see who is more powerful: a police officer or a troublemaker. The narrative centers on the irate young guy Vignesh (Prajwal), who battles the raucous Kathari (Ravishankar), who runs his own gang and lives in a Hubli fort where he extorts people. Just as Katari is getting ready for his important police interview, he was attacked. Katari has plans to get revenge on Vignesh. Even after suffering a severe beating, Vignesh makes it to the interview and gets chosen. The rest of the plot is shaped by what transpires after that.
