Balwant Khanna is happily married to Devika and has two sons Sanjay and Jai. Balwant is very money minded and expects his sons to marry girls of equal or higher status. However Jai falls in love with a girl called Rashmi who happens to be a orphan. Balwant is furious to learn this fact and is reluctant to accept her as his daughter-in-law. However left with no choice, Balwant hesitantly accepts Rashmi into the household but warns his other son that no other orphan will enter his house.
After a few days Mr and Mrs Kapoor come to the Khanna’s household and brings their daughters hand in marriage for their son Sanjay. In a shocking twist the Kapoors declare that Reshma is actually their daughter. Later in another twist Jai, claims that he is already married to a girl named Neha. Rashmi meanwhile calls her friend Riya with husband Ajay to stay over. Balwant meanwhile is caught spying on the all the couples.
The movie is directed by Sunil Nayyar and Suresh Bafna. The film is produced by Suresh Bafna, Sanjay Sethi and Himanshu Shah. The music is composed by Baba Jagirdar. The cinematography is by Shailesh Awasthi and the choreography is by Nimesh Bhatt. The star cast includes Sushant Singh, Ayub Khan, Ayesha Jhulka, Gurleen Chopra.
