Rahul, played by Aftab Shivdasani, is helplessly obsessed and in love with Sandhya, played by Amisha Patel. He follows her everywhere but has no guts to tell her. Soon Rahul learns that Sandhya’s father is a police inspector and is cruel and sadistic to his family and people around. His family lives in fear of his behavior. Also, when he comes to know that Rahul is after his daughter, he humiliates him and beats him up publicly. He then arrests him and puts him in jail. Sandhya is still unaware of Rahul’s love for her.
Rahul’s brother bails him out of jail and hopes that he has learnt his lesson and will stop being after Sandhya. However, he is wrong, as Rahul pursues her even more aggressively this time. Later when his brother dies in an accident while worrying about Rahul, he is devastated. He is not even in time for his final cremation. This breaks Rahul’s heart and he finally realizes that he has wasted 4 years of his life on an insensitive girl who doesn’t care about him or his family. Soon Sandhya comes to know of Rahul’s love and confesses her love to him but he rejects her and moves on to complete his education.
The movie is directed by K. Muralimohan Rao and produced by Kumar Taurani, Ramesh Taurani, Mukesh Udeshi and Allu Aravind. The music is by Sajid-Wajid.
