Sid, played by Ritesh Deshmukh and Adi, played by Tusshar Kapoor are roommates and close friends who make a living out of Sid’s dog Sakru, by giving him for mating to other female dogs of his breed. Sid is a struggling DJ and plays a particular music for Sakru to mate. Adi is a struggling actor who has big Bollywood dreams. Adi falls in love with Simran, played by Neha Sharma who works in a call center while Sid falls for Anu, played by Sarah Jane Dias who he meets at a fashion show.
The two girls leave for Goa to meet Anu’s father Marlow. A conman fools Marlow into thinking his dead mother is reincarnated as a dog named rosemary. Meanwhile Sid and Adi reach Goa following Anu and Simran and Sakru ends up mating with rosemary. The conman then tells Marlow that Sakru is his dead father and he decides to get Rosemary and Sakru married.
Later Sid is united with Anu, Adi with Simran and Sakru with Rosemary. The movie is written and directed by Sachin Yardi and produced by Ekta and Shobha Kapoor. The music is composed by Sachin-Jigar and Meet Bros Anjjan. The cinematography is by Ravi K Chandran and the singers are Vishal Dadlani, Sonu Nigam, Sukhwinder Singh, Daler Mehndi, Riteish Deshmukh, Neeraj Shreedhar and Kailash Kher.
