Diwan Dinanath Chaudhary is a wealthy man, who has built his empire on his own accord. He now has ailing health and thus his family decides to pay him a final visit. When the entire family has gathered around him at his house, they are surprised to know that not only is he in the pink of health, but he also has a young and pretty nurse to look after all his needs. He also blatantly announces that he will be marrying his nurse soon. This shocks the entire family and they go away disappointed. Now the family hatches a plan and gets an imposter into the house and introduces him as Diwan’s lost grandson. However, little do the members know that the young man has plans of his own to inherit the riches of the family all for himself.
The movie is directed by Raj Sippy and produced by Amit Khanna and Mahesh Bhatt. The music is composed by Dilip Sen and Sameer Sen and the lyrics are written by Sameer.
