Sandeep and Satyajeet are brothers who are brought up in an orphanage. Sandeep one day took a liking for a watch and stole it. Being the elder brother Satyajeet takes the blame on himself and thus begins the tarnishing of his reputation forever. Sandeep meanwhile is adopted by a wealthy man named Gulshan Rai and given all the love, care and attention in the world. Satyajeet however ends up being blamed for every theft and robbery even though he is innocent. This has a deep impact on his psyche and he turns into a rebellious person. Sandeep meanwhile becomes a well respected and qualified lawyer just like his foster father. Satyajeet is now an outlaw and runs away only to meet more notorious criminals and join them. He becomes a dacoit and one day when he is looting a train he meets Gulshan Rai. Memories of his younger brother Sandeep come flooding back. The film is directed by Akhtar Ul Iman and produced by Jaimal. The music is composed by Sonik Omi.
