Karan, played by Sohail Khan is in love with his childhood friend Bindiya, played by Nauheed Cyrusi. She however is unaware of his feelings towards her and in due course of time meet a man named Saahil and falls for him. Karan is upset on learning about Saahil and warns him to stay away from Bindiya but he doesn’t budge. Meanwhile Karan’s friend Rony, humiliates Saahil and he gets upset and tries to kill himself. Saahil’s brother Sanju, played by Sunil Shetty sees a wounded Saahil and cannot control his anger. He attacks Karan in college thinking it is Rony. Karan’s brother Arjun, played by Sunny Deol swears revenge on Sanju.
Seeing all the violence, Saahil decides to leave Bindiya and works in a café. However Bindiya tries to reach out to him but ignore her. Eventually they unite and Sanju approves of it. Rony challenges Saahil to a fight and Rony gets badly injured. Ultimately Arjun kills Karan seeing his obsessive love and violent ways. Saahil, Bindiya and Sanju all apologize to Arjun. The movie is written and directed by Ahmed Khan and produced by Vivek Kumar. The music is composed by A.R Rahman. The cinematography is by Johny Lal.
