Alok Prakash is a free lance photographer and takes his job very seriously. One day he is assigned a job to take pictures of women hockey players at a live match. While on the job a puck comes straight out of the field and hits his head and makes him unconscious. He is then rushed to the hospital and turns out that it is just a minor injury. His enterprising brother-in-law Prem Sagar is a crooked lawyer and decides to capitalize on this incident. He thus asks Alok to exaggerate on his injuries and make it look like a grave one and thus sue his employer for a hefty sum. The duo then dream of making big bucks and living off of the money from the lawsuit. They also involve the entire family in the process to join in the charade. The film is directed and produced by Basu Chatterjee. The music is composed by Manas Mukherjee. The cinematography is by Ajay Prabhakar. The star cast includes Sanjeev Kumar, Farooque Sheikh, Anita Raaj, Anjali Sen, Utpal Dutt, Pinchoo Kapoor, Jave Khan, Raj Bharati and Dinesh Hingoo.
