Vikram Sabharwal, played by Sanjay Dutt is working for the Indian Military Intelligence. He is one their most trusted agent who has undertaken many risky and challenging missions and always come out glorious. This time Vikram is assigned to go to the most beautiful yet dangerous place on earth, Kashmir. He is asked to find out the culprits behind the gruesome violence that has escalated in the past couple of years in the state.
Vikram takes up the challenge with gusto and goes in the disguise of a press reporter named Gul Jahangir. He investigates the most sensitive area of the region like the Jama Masjid, Rainawari Chowk and the Dardpura Village. During his stint as the press reporter, Vikram meets a lot of important people like politician Aatif Hussain, Aziza, his mentor Haji Sayyed Shah and comes to the conclusion who is actually responsible for the extremism in a heavenly place like Kashmir.
The movie is directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Bunty Walia and Juspreet Singh Walia. The music is composed by Mithoon. The star cast includes Sanjay Dutt, Kunal Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Shernaz Patel, Aman Verma, Mahesh Manjrekar, Yashpal Sharma, Vipin Sharma, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Rajesh Khera, Murli Sharma, Denzil Smith, Yuri Suri, Ehsaan Khan, Shernaz Patel and Jyoti Dogra.
