Shera is a happy-go-lucky man and has no real goal in life until he meets a stranger named Jhonny. The latter gives him an idea to earn quick money by marrying the daughter of a rich man. He tells Shera to woo the rich and beautiful Sandhya Singh and marry her. The film is directed by Ravikant Nagaich and produced by F R Nadiadwala. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Mithun Chakraborty, Ranjeeta, Satyen Kappu, Jeevan, Iftekhar, Shakti Kapoor and Prema Narayan.
