After Mustafa introduced Lukka to the underworld and crime world, he started to gain more followers and started to get the reins in his hands. He then eventually outdid Mustafa to be the uncrowned king of the mafia world. He is free to do what he likes and no one dares to oppose him. The people who have made the mistake of opposing him and had terrible consequences. Mustafa himself had his hands cut off, when he revolted. The police commissioner was dismissed and pilot Arjun was court-martialed. There is no one left to come in the way of Lukka’s evil plans.
