Gaurav, played by Girish Kumar is a docile and good-natured boy living in London, who always does things as per his parent’s wishes. He is also about to get married to a girl Vandana who is their choice and spend his entire life with her.
Vandana on the other hand is very temperamental and controlling by nature. His friends throw him a bachelor party, and Gaurav ends up getting too drunk.
On waking up he finds himself with another women in bed. The girl in question is Pooja. He has no idea how this could have happened knowing his submissive nature. They both panic to find Pooja’s clothes so she can leave, but unable to locate it, Gaurav offers her his own shirt to wear. After Pooja leaves, he realizes he gave her the shirt his to be mothin-in-law had gifted him. Trouble comes in one after the other henceforth.
After a few years Gaurav unable to sustain his marriage to Vanadana gets divorced and goes to Mauritius for a break with his friends. Fatefully he meets Pooja there again and they end up talking. This time the tables have turned and its Pooja’s wedding in the next few days. They confide in each other, get drunk and end up in bed again. This time they realize that they both love each other and Pooja ends up not getting married.
