Prem, played by Adhyayan Suman is a medical student studying at a medical college in Lucknow. He happens to meet a girl called Sunaina, played by Karishma Kotak at a friends wedding and falls head over heels in love with her. He makes up his mind to marry Sunaina at any cost, and even fights with her brother to get to her.
Prem vows and takes up the challenge to marry Sunaina and staying true to his word, he marries her. On the wedding night however, Prem leaves Sunaina and leaves to come back to Delhi and continues with his MBBS exams. Disturned and sad he, however isn’t able to concentrate on his studies.
Meanwhile, Sunaina promises her family that she will find Prem and get him back at any cost. The love story between Prem and Sunaina gets more intense and his professor plays love guru. LUcknowi Ishq is directed by Aanand Raut and produced by Vijay Mishra. The music is composed by Raaj Aashoo.
