Lucky Bhaskar is helmed by Venky Atluri and is an upcoming Telugu suspense drama that will keep viewers at the edge of their seats. The movie stars Dulquer Salmaan in the titular role and will be produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, respectively. The whole film is based on Bhaskar, a middle-class bank employee whose life alters one day when he becomes super rich overnight. All of a sudden, his wealth raises many suspicions regarding the source of his income, particularly how he comes to own gold and money. Set in a different time period, the film has Dulquer Salmaan sporting a retro look from the 80s, which forms another intriguing dimension for the narrative. The more Bhaskar learns to live with his newly acquired money, the more he gets pulled into a tale of intrigue and mystery with suspense. Meenakshi Chaudhary does the female lead opposite Dulquer Salmaan and brings deepness to the storyline. Right from its cinematography done by Nimish Ravi, editing by Navin Nooli, and music by G V Prakash Kumar, Lucky Bhaskar assured its audience it's going to be a technically bright film with a strong storyline. This Telugu thriller marks Dulquer Salmaan's third foray into the Telugu film industry after Mahanati and Sita Ramam, both box office blockbusters. His fans are eager to watch this movie with such a background, as Dulquer has been continuously doing better in period dramas. Lucky Bhaskar is set to release in theatres on 27 September 2024. It is also going to be dubbed into languages like Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi so that the audience spectrum gets a wider share of this exciting and thriller story.
