Balwant is an ex-convict and a deadly criminal who has just completed his jail sentence and come out of jail. He soon learns of a wealthy Thakur who has his riches stashed away in a secret place and the map to that place is enclosed inside a diamond ring. Balwant must have that ring at any cost for he wants to have the treasure all for himself. He then tracks down the Tahkur and kills him and his son. He also ends up killing his own wife in the bargain. The severely injured woman ends up with her child at the Thakurain’s doorstep and tells her to take care of her son Dharma. Balwant is arrested again.
Dharma, meanwhile grows up to be an honest and hardworking man in the love and care of the Thakurain.
A conman by the name of Chakradhari has now entered the town and wrecks havoc in town. Soon Balwant is released from jail and is back to looking for the ring once again.
The movie is directed by Ashok Gaikawad and produced by Rajiv Babbar. The star cast of the movie includes Mithun Chakraborty, Mink, Asrani, Harish Patel, Hemant Birje, Gulshan Grover, Nishigandha Wad, Hemant Birje, Shiva, Harish Patel, Arjun, Col Trilok Kapoor, Vikas Anand, Kasam Aly, Gavin Packard, Pinky Chinoy, Asrani, Veeru Kishan and Shalini Kapoor.
