Raj is a passionate cricketer who has been playing since a young age and wants to become big one day. One day fate smiles at Raj when he gets the incredible news that his grandfather has left him property worth Rs. 3.3 billion. He can hardly believe his ears and goes soon to claim his money. There is however a catch to this. Only id Raj is able to spend Rs 300 Million in a span of 30 days will he get the entire amount. So he takes help from his friend Govinda, as he has never had or seen so much money in his life before. Meanwhile a conniving man named Chander is planning to ruin Raj and take over all his riches.
The film is directed by Kewal Sharma and produced by Bipen K Dewan. The music is composed by Anu Malik and the story is written by Charandas Shokh. The star cast includes Naseeruddin Shah, Sunil Gavaskar, Aditya Pancholi, Poonam Dhillon, Mandakini, Satish Shah, Dalip Tahil, Amjad Khan, Vishal Dutt, Pradeep Choudhary, Saaniya, Bharat Bhushan, Jack Gaud, Harindranath Chattopadhyaya and Leena Dass.
