Sonu lives a hand to mouth existence sharpening knifes in a village. She lives with her brother Raju and sister Nirmala. One day a police officer named Vijay comes to her and asks to impersonate the notorious gangster named MadamX. She agrees since she will be paid a remuneration of Rs 10,000 per month. She learns her mannerrisms and even to speak English just like her but unfortunately her assistant is suspicious of her. Sonu kills her to get her out of her way. Things take an ugly turn when the real Madam X who has been in police custody escapes and kidnaps Nirmala and Raju. Vijay then springs into action and saves them both. They then come to know that Madam X is actually a group of three deadly people who are vicious.
