Kantaben, played by Juhi Chawla and Nattubhai, played by Paresh Ganatra run a small orphanage. One day Kantaben finds a small baby boy in the floodwaters and name him Krishna because of the circumstances in which he was found similar to Lord Krishna. Growing up, Krishna, played by Namit Shah is a happy boy brought up by Kantaben and Nattubhai along with the other children in the orphanage.
All the other children of the orphanage find families that come and adopt them. One by one all of them have gone to live with their adoptive families and only Krishna is left. He gets upset that no family has come forward to take him and as such he feels unwanted. Feeling miserable, he goes to the temple to pray to Lord Krishna alone one night.
It is believed that god Krishna came to Earth in human form and befriended the orphan boy Krishna. The movie then shows, how lord Krishna helps the human Krishna locate his family on Earth. The movie is written and directed by Rajiv S Ruia and produced by Nandan K. Mahto and Promila Hunter. The music is composed by Amjad-Nadeem. The screenplay is written by S. Sachindra and Sanjay Masoom.
