Vijay is abandoned by his parents and lives as a orphan when he is discovered by Advocate Kailash. Vijay looks up to him and is immensely inspired by him and becomes a lawyer himself. Soon he realizes that he has fallen in love with Kailash’s daughter Sadhana and they both soon get married. Vijay now realizes that he must do something of his own and stand on his own feet. This idea is not welcomed by his wife and father in law and they discourage him to do so. They humiliate and belittle him on many occasions and this puts a lot of stress in Vijay’s life.
Then a beautiful and kind girl called Sandhya enters his life and he decides to leave his wife and support Sandhya. Sadhana is devastated at this news and knows nothing about Sandhya or why her husband is so sympathetic towards her. She will however have to go to great lengths to save her marriage. The film is directed by K Bapaiah and is produced by Shrikant Nahata. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri and the story is written by M Bhaskar. The star cast includes Jeetendra, Raj kiran, Jayaprada, Sridevi, Sadashiv Amrapurkar and Prem Chopra.
