Mr. Malhotra is a wealthy man and dots on his only daughter Seema. His business runs into some loses and thus he borrows some financial aid from his friend Gautam. The latter in return asks for Seema’s hand in marriage for his son Roopesh. Seema is initially ok with the idea but later when she meets a poor boy named Vijay, things change in her life drastically. Vijay and Seema fall head over heels in love. Mr. Malhotra is not happy with this and arranges Seema’s marriage to Roopesh. However on the wedding day, she has a horrible accident and loses her memory. Now it is up to Vijay to get his love back at any cost The film is directed and produced by Nasir Hussain. The music is composed by R D Burman and the story is written by Sachin Bhowmick.
