Sunny Kele, played by Tusshar Kapoor and Aditya Chothia, played by Vir Das get fired from the advertising agency they are working at because they use too much sexual content in every ad campaign that they create. They happen to meet ‘Mastizaada’, played by Ritesh Deshmukh who has an unbelievable magnetism towards the opposite sex and this inspires Sunny and Aditya. They consider him their guru from then on.
Laila Lele and Lilly Lele, both played by Sunny Leone are twin sisters who run a rehabilitation center for sex addicts. Sunny and Aditya check into the center to get rid of their sex addiction. Little do they know, that Lilly and Laila are sex addicts too. They win a lucky draw at the rehab where the prize is a trip to Pataya and go with Laila and Lilly. They end up falling for each twin respectively.
Lilly is engaged to a guy called Deshpremi who is wheel-chair confined. Also a gay guy called Son-Das falls for Sunny and there starts a hilarious roller coaster ride. Mastizaade is directed by Milap Milan Zaveri and produced by Pritish Nandy and Rangita Pritish Nandy. The music is composed by Meet Bros Anjjan, Amaal Mallik and Anand Raj Anand.
